  • All our calls with clients are recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. Users will be notified at the beginning of every recorded interaction that the session may be recorded.

  • Our recorded calls, chat logs, and user interactions are periodically reviewed to improve the accuracy, responsiveness, and quality of our services.

  • All interactions, inquiries, issues, and resolutions with users post-treatment are documented systematically to facilitate ongoing customer support.

AI Use

At The Lice Clinic, all our customer service calls are handled by an AI voice agent. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful assistance, our AI agent is not a substitute for professional medical advice or diagnosis. If you don’t wish to interact with AI, you can choose to opt out by (opt-out method). AI-powered chatbots and virtual agents will always clearly identify themselves as AI entities, not human representatives, to uphold transparency.

  • All the information we collect will be stored in an encrypted database, which will be secure against unauthorised access.

  • We will not disclose your personal information to third parties under any circumstances unless required or authorised by law (for example, to comply with a subpoena, a warrant, or other court order or legal process).

Service Disclaimers

  • Our signature heat treatment is available for children aged 4 years and over. For 2 – 4 year olds, we offer Express Treatment (no heat).

  • Ensure your hair is tangle-free and easy to comb through, without dreadlocks, extensions, or excessive knots.

  • Please arrive for the treatment with clean and dry hair, free from any residue of other products or treatments.

  • For extreme cases, a second session might be required.

  • Since lice are highly contagious, we cannot guarantee that reinfestation will not occur. We recommend you adopt some preventive measures like not sharing combs, hats, scarves, etc., or using essential oils and preventive sprays that deter lice.

  • If you book a Signature Treatment and decide not to proceed with treatment due to no eggs/lice being detected, we will charge $50 as a consultation fee.
